Yeah yeah, its a 3d Castlevania so other fans of the series may think its bad. (like Judgment was.)
but surprisingly i was not disappoint.
i just bought it a few hours ago, (as well as pre-ordering LBP2 :birdy:) and from what I've seen so far its actually not as bad as i thought another 3d castlevania would be, and its pretty fun.
I'm a hardcore castlevania fan, and from the first few minutes of gameplay i noticed its alot like Castlevania 64, so it wasn't that unfamiliar - however theres quite a few noticible copypastas in the game.
1: God of War-like attack combo's.

it may not be anything new, because of how many games have used it recently, but it seems so much more fitting with the Vampire Killer Combat cross as a weapon. its kinda weird in a castlevania, but it really helps get rid of more annoying enemies you fought before. (if i see a SINGLE medusa head in castlevania i usually get frustrated. Let's hope they aren't in here.)
2: Shadow of the Colossus-like boss fights.

This is NO reason why it's bad, because battles like this in games make you feel really epic when you beat it.
that boss fight looks really fun and i can't wait to get to it in the game.
I'll post moar on the game as I go if anyone's interested in possibly getting the game, so yeah
and for the other people that haven't heard of the game but own a PS3, here's the trailer.

That game is amazing. I totally agree, it's like god of war mixed with shadow of the colossus. It is really beautiful and plays really well. My only regret is not owning a console to play it on. I played it at my friend's house when I was down in LA but now I don't have access to it q.q
