Which area of Vancouver are you looking into moving to?  Vancouver's a huge city, and quite often is mistaken for "Greater Vancouver."

My upstairs 3 bedroom suite is currently vacant, available July 1st, 1500 for the whole thing, utilities and Bell Satelite included, in Langley.
