this game sucked balls. its a disgrace to real DJ's (is one) though it looks fun, the music is crap, the turntable.. Like WTF is is this? Real turntables have better feel anyways.

I found this game amusing, could also be because i did WAY better the Guitar Hero XD and some of the Daft Punk Songs are good in my books, but to each their own right? ^.=.^
I'm sure someone is going to mos it to have a better DJ feel somehow soon.
The funny thing is, Playdium had something like this back in 01-02, where you play parts of the melody on four tone bars, and scratch this and that on a single turntable. It was fun, but nothing like what a DJ does. I think it's just the novelty of being able to touch vinal and make it sound good. As far as I know, it wuldbe really difficult to clone actual dj'ing into a game like that.

Probably. I never did look at the name, and I moved out to Chilliwack shortly after I tried it... then when I came back, Playdium was "gone" ... out to the Collossis in Langley.
I first saw DJ Hero at PAX 09 and i was like "Must have now". So seeing all these reviews saying it sucks it's making me not want to get it and i would feel bad if i did buy it and it was crap. I'm very much into rhythmic games such as Amplitude, Frequency, Rock band, DDR (not much guitar hero, that game is hard for mefor some reason). So when i saw that this could be pritty cool i was all over it. From what i looked at i thought it needed alot more Songs from different Artists but who knows maybe they will come out with packages like they did Guitar Hero/Rock Band (beatles) that had additional songsfrom other people.
