what do you think of this game?
I myself enjoyed it for the 2 days i played it before my parents decided i had to move out before i could play video games again ^^;
The multiplayer was crappy with out my online friends to play with. What i played of spec ops was fun too
i very much enjoyed the game i pre ordered and whent to the midnight sale (first one i had ever done) and it was totaly worth it. although with out internet its not as fun as it could be killing people online >:D

No dedicated server on PC = no purchase, simple as that.
They've taken something that has, since the days of the original Doom, been a huge part of FPS culture (namely LAN parties) and taken it out of the PC version as a giant middle finger. No amount of BS on their end about it saving them from hackers or cheaters has any weight (look at VAC in all its imperfections, and then look at the pile of crap that happens in games like Halo and MW on Xbox Live ANYWAY) - it's purely profit driven... they want this game to have a defined lifespan, so when they make Modern Warfare 3 down the road, they can flip a switch and shut down MW2's multiplayer just like EA does with its sports franchises.
Unless IW caves, puts in dedicated server support and apologizes to the community at large, they will not get one cent from me ever again. Valve, id, Epic, etc. will get that money instead. :)
