: Hello from a South Afrifur
: Helios_phi July 22, 2016, 02:02:20 -06:00
Hello there every fuzzy and scalie friendly face.
I'm Helios..... or Helios_phi for full effect  ;)

I'm a 30 year old goldsmith running my own business in the heart of the furry world. Africa! Yay.
I'm South African living about 30 min from the Kruger National Park and yup, we really do get to see all the big animals where I live.
I'm into the action stuff in life. I ride motorX and do a bit of knife making as a hobby.
I'm a fire dancer and I do a lot of other action/adventure stuff that I'm not going to bore everyone with here.

I'm joining on in your Canadian forum because I'm looking to emigrate to join you wonderful furries in the snow.  As beautiful as my home is.... it's unfortunately a little too politically unstable for myself or my business to properly flourish to maximum potential.

I'm hoping to talk to as many of you as possible about your wonderful country.
I just love getting the info from the horses mouth... or foxes mouth... or dragon for that matter, so please don't be shy.
Please just hit me up about anything you would like to know about me or my day to day life.
(It's like the wild west here sometimes  :o )

I'm a very relaxed person. I'm always smiling and always friendly and always happy to talk.

Greetings and welcome to the forums
Sounds like the interesting life you have over there. Getting into this snow land can be somewhat difficult but well worth the wait depending on where ya end up. BC is so green and full of mountains that it's easy to get lost and just wander about for hours at a time..and lots of wildlife/outdoors stuff to

Hey. Thanks for the welcome.  :)
It's not a decision I've taken lightly.
I have an entire business to close and all my assets to liquidate before I can even think of 'snow land'.
My country is a little backwards.
It can take up to 6 months to obtain a police clearance certificate so I know I'm in for a long beaurocrat struggle.

I am really looking forward to the green mountains. My wife is going to love the snow once she acclimatise.
I did alright when I was in Finland so I imagine I will love it there.
