Hey guys! My name's Ollie, but I also go by Pyde! I'm a girl, although my fursona is male, I honestly don't care about pronouns, so go crazy! :gay:
I'm what I call a Ballie, a ball python collie mix, and I live on Vancouver Island over in Saanich.
I've considered myself a furry probably since 2011, but considering I was 11 at that point I didn't really get involved in the fandom, mainly because the majority of it was much older guys and I obviously didn't feel comfortable to dive in at point. Now that I'm 16 and feel much more comfortable with showing up on the radar. Though I am still a bit weary of other people because of the obvious age gaps, I hope to meet some cool people who don't live halfway across the globe for once!
So a little bit more about myself, I'm an aspiring artist and animator, I plan on going to VCA for a diploma in fine arts, animation, etc after I graduate. I'm also a huge fan of music, I listen to a lot of Radiohead but I have a pretty wide range of types of music I enjoy!
I keep reptiles, which will probably lead me down a terrible path of too many reptiles and too little space, but I'm taking it anyways. I've got a mack snow eclipse leopard gecko named Buffy, and a ball python named Stevie. Aside from that I've got two family pet dogs, both of which are rescues who drive me up the wall; an aggressive miniature pinscher named Avery and a petrified, tubby chihuahua greyhound cross named Willis.
Considering I'm absolute garbage when it comes to introducing myself and I normally just leave it at 'Hi, I'm Ollie whats up?', I think I'll leave it there for the most part.
I'm somewhat excited to meet some new people that share my interests in the furry spectrum, either through furmeets or just talking to them online, I hope to meet you guys while I'm hanging around here!

Aw thanks Kit! I come over to the mainland once in a blue moon, I'll probably be there for the pride parade, I went last year and it was amazing! And yeah absolutely, that bridge would definitely come in handy; BC Ferries might be a little upset though lmao

NEWS RELEASE. 30 April 2016............... BC Premier, Christy Clark announced today that construction on a bridge between Vancouver Island and the Mainland will begin in the first week of June. It is to be 4 lanes wide, and due to equality in the workplace, it is to be designed by women. The budget had been slated to be at least $5 Billion, but the head designer, a very intelligent woman with beautiful blonde hair, has managed to cut the budget to be no more than $123,472,000 providing we manage to buy everything on sale or kick everyone off of their property for no remuneration.
Again due to equality in the workplace, the majority of positions will be filled by women, both skilled and non skilled. If you are a woman with a skill, even if that skill is walking And chewing gum at the same time, then apply. Application process information to follow.
