Hey everybody!
I figured it was about time I registered here to stay in contact with the BC furries. The name's Tanner. Though a good chunk of you at VF2016 would know me as the guy who dished out six pounds of jerky in three days to the entire con. xD
All that aside, I'm currently a 2nd year animation student in Seattle who's looking to network with any furs in the VFX industry up in the Vancouver area. I'm also well involved in the Cascadia movement, a nonprofit in particular called CascadiaNow that specializes on fiscal sponsorship of local projects centered around a sustainable community.
I'm a pretty chill yet wonky guy and I'm not easily angered by trivial things in life. What I really enjoy the most is trying to have a good time and entertain for the sake of seeing people smile and laugh. Trying to make each day a different one from the last. I'm a particularly outdoorsy fur at that, and there's nothing I enjoy more than seeking out the green, moss-covered coniferous giants of the coastal rainforest!
With that said, I'm glad to further reach out to the community up north and I hope to spend more time in the general area!
I'm not really in the industry but I'm an amateur 3D modeller, and I wouldn't mind chatting.

You are one of the people that stand out to me from VF,handing out jerky in and out of suit haha. Glad to see you've joined the forums good way keeping in contact. If you're going to be visiting Vancouver/BC area you maybe able to join us for some of our weekly events that we have here.

That was you? Hehe that was pretty cool :) I was sitting a few seats away when you guys did that. Unfortunately I didn't start videotaping until the opening ceremony officially began
