Hey all, so I introduced myself on the forum last year thinking I'd get around to hanging out with some of you fine folk and then life sorta happened and I never got around to it haha.. but now I'm fully intending on dipping my toes into the community and hanging out! I've moved to Coquitlam since last time I posted (Lougheed-ish area), are there any meetups happening around? My work schedule is a bit all over the place so there's no telling when I can actually come to anything on a weekly basis but I'll do my best :)
Hello and welcome back ^^
Welcome (again :P) to the BCfurries forums Karstaag.
Since you mentioned you live around Lougheed, it might be worth checking out Rainrat's Game Night, which is a 3 minute walk from Lougheed Skytrain Station:

If you like a calmer and entertaining board / card game night, I'd suggest to give it a shot :)
Hiya!
Hehe you sound like me. I've been lurking these forums for about 5 years now and I have only been to one bowling event. I'm sure no one that went can even recall that I was there ;)
My boyfriend and I are hoping to change that as well, by attending some of the local events. We live in Port Coquitlam. Hope to see you at one such event!
Welcome!
Hi Karstaag!
Welcome back! :3
Welcome! You should come out to the Wings 'N Things tonite ... in your neighbourhood ... Gonna be a blast!
Welcome back! *bows*
Thanks everyone! I love how friendly the community on here feels :) Couldn't come out to Wings and Things tonight due to family visiting, but next time I have a chance i'll definitely try to come to that or the chill board game night. How many people usually come to either of those?

I don't really know what the average amount of people is at the Wings and Things meetups since I've only gone to one of those, but as for Rainrat's Game Night there's usually 3 - 5 people, which includes Rainrat since he's the host, and most of the time it also includes Tegir and I since we're both regular attendees.
Hello welcome back :)!!!
Hey, welcome back! I live around Port Moody so maybe we'll see each other some day! Or soon! Either way it'd be awesome to meet some local furs! Enjoy the forums!
