Hi Everyone,

I have recently decided to move out of current living arrangement, and as such, I am now looking for a third roommate in which to start my new living arrangement.  3 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath location with a total cost of 1400 per month (your share would be 450 per month plus 1/3 of the utilities). The bedroom is 11' X 8'9", there are hookups for a washer and dryer, which I'm looking into acquiring, I have one friend who has moved in with me, I also have a cat (No Cat Allergies).

There is going to to be an open house showing Sat Oct 17th from 3pm to 8pm and Thurs Oct 22nd from 4pm to 7pm!!
