I have recently decided to move out of current living arrangement, and as such, I am now looking for a third roommate in which to start my new living arrangement. Already looking into a 3 bdrm, 1 1/2 bath location with a total cost of 1450-1550 per month (your share would be 475-500 per month plus 1/3 of the utilities). I have one friend who is definitely moving in with me, I also have a cat (No Cat Allergies).
