Hello! I'm moving to Vancouver September 1st, and am searching for a place to stay. I'm moving for work reasons - I recently got hired in Vancouver, though I grew up in Michigan and my current/soon-to-be-previous job is in Georgia.
Rent budget is about 700-800, if I'm splitting (if you're a fur out there who's also looking for a roommate/place to stay, message me and maybe we can find one together!). Cheaper the better, but those are my limits for splitting.
The closer to Downtown Eastside/West End the better, but I'm willing to branch out.
I'm super chill, pretty neat n tidy, rarely drink, and only party if I'm invited. Don't smoke unless I'm invited (420 friendly). 100% okay with pets of any kind. I will be out of the house the majority of the day, five days a week, and will likely be at friends, freelancing, or playing videogames on the weekend. I've lived with six other roommates (at the same time) for the past four years, so I'm used to (and rather enjoy) living with other people. If you need a chill roommate to help keep rent costs down, sign me up. No gender preference for roommate.

I prefer being contacted through email, but being called on the phone is fine (no texting please, just cause of international rates as I am still in the US as of now). Noting on fA is also okay, if that's the method you like best.
