Looking for a room mate ASAP

My boyfriend is looking for a room mate before the beginning of March. Its a duplex, him and I will be taking the downstairs basement. The basement has 2 bedrooms. The rent is $600 + damage deposit which $300. Pets are allowed. Preferably Non-smoking. But you can smoke outside. Just no smoking in the house. Also you need to be at least tidy. We're close to metrotown mall just a five minute walk.
